Payment Methods

Oracle Seeds makes various payment methods available to its customers with the aim of ensuring a secure, transparent purchasing process in compliance with current regulations regarding electronic commerce.

Accepted payment methods

• 💳 Credit or debit card
  Payment is processed immediately through a secure payment gateway, in compliance with the required security standards (including strong customer authentication where applicable). Oracle Seeds does not store the customer’s card details under any circumstances.
• 📱 Bizum
  Electronic payment system that allows instant transfers from the customer’s bank, ensuring speed and security in the transaction.
• 🏦 Bank transfer
  The customer may complete payment via bank transfer to the account indicated during the purchase process. The order will not be considered finalized nor processed until the funds have been effectively confirmed in the destination account.

Transaction security

All payment transactions are carried out through secure platforms that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and protection of customer data, in accordance with applicable regulations on data protection and payment services.

Additional conditions

Oracle Seeds reserves the right to request additional identity verification or to temporarily suspend the processing of an order in the event of detecting reasonable indications of risk, fraud, or misuse of payment methods, in order to protect both the customer and the company.
